We produce vibrant and creative Indian Street Food using the spices of India and local, seasonal produce. Taste and flavour are at the heart of what we make putting our own contemporary twist on classic dishes. Gopal’s Curry Shack ‘pop up’ at food festivals, markets, events and takeover kitchens all over the South West and beyond. We can cater for a range of occasions including weddings, parties, corporate events, location catering and celebrations. It’s really important to us that we use local, independent suppliers and that all the packaging we use is compostable and biodegradable.

Alongside our famous ‘No Moo Stoo’ we will be offering our brand new ‘Moo Bean Stoo’, this is a delicious thick warming stew made with pulled aubergine, haricot beans and lentils slow cooked in cider with sage and wholegrain mustard. All served with vegan cheesy dumplings or plain herby dumplings.

– 24 hour jerk, 8 hour cold smoked tofu tacos, homemade smoked fruity bbq sauce, pickled ginger, red cabbage and fennel slaw and salad
– Braised, smoked beetroot and spicy black bean burger, caramelised pineapple, onion confit
– Smoked spiced Jack fruit gyros
I’m also tinkering away at some delicious smoked soup recipes which will switch up with the seasons.
