Casa Verde is a new tapas venture brought to you by Dave Hazell, former head chef of Paco Tapas. Casa Verde brings exquisite, traditional Spanish small plates to life while showcasing nature’s earth grown bounty.
We are very excited to be hosting David Hazell, former head chef of Michelin starred Paco Tapas, as he begins his incredible new venture Casa Verde. Koh Thai Tapas was born in 2009 out of our frustration with the status quo. We wanted to create a place where we would like to eat. Shrug off the shackles of the three-course meal. Have what you want, when you want it. We are revolutionising Thai dining with our infectious blend of European indulgence and authentic Thai tastes. See menu dietary filters.
Located on the iconic Clifton Triangle, Koh Bristol boasts seating for 100+ guests and a delightful al fresco area with cocktail bar. Koh is also open during the day for a delightful lunch menu, along with coffees or takeaway for the comfort of Koh at home. Our Bath restaurant is in a stunning Georgian townhouse in the centre of the city. Just a waltz and a twirl away from the Assembly Rooms, the Cathedral and the Roman Baths, our restaurant is a warm candlelit sanctuary spread over three floors.

My husband, Andy, has a cousin who lives in beautiful Clifton. She told us that this part of Bristol would love a Thai restaurant like ours. So we put one in! We really enjoyed turning what was a square box into ‘a feast for the eyes’ as someone put it.
We hope you enjoy Giggling Squid, and feel at home in our funny, quirky little restaurants – well some of them are not so little now, but our approach is still the same. We love to hear from our guests so please feel free to drop us a line.
