Over the years at Burger Theory we have loved getting creative with Vegetarian and vegan cuisine. The challenge of creating flavour, taste and texture with only vegetables is lots of fun! In an ever-changing world, it has become more and more important for us to do our bit. We wanted to progress the business in a more ethical direction and felt that our vegetarian cuisine deserved its own home!
We believe that great food is what will change people’s opinions about eating less meat and so our mission is to cook vegetarian food that is so good that people just keep coming back for more!
Whether you are a veggie, hardcore vegan or just want to have a break from eating meat Om Burger welcomes you!
Om Burger is the place for creative, delicious and nutritious food that feeds the soul. Our aim is to bring vegetarian and vegan food to the masses and make everyone fall in love with our green cuisine. As well as our delicious burgers we offer breakfast, fresh juice, loaded fries, sides, espresso coffee, healthy drinks, craft beer, slushys and more!

We are plant pioneers, revolutionising Italian food through cruelty free ingredients. Our aim is simple: to make our plant based menu superior to the traditional alternatives.
Our cheese is not only tastier than traditional mozzarella, it’s also less than half the calories and fat (meaning you can eat double the amount!). We don’t just stop at mozzarella, we also do raw cashew cheeses, a ricotta style cheese and a creamy coconut cheese.
Whilst all our food is animal-free, therefore, also dairy and meat-free, gluten-free food is also at the forefront of our innovation.
With inclusive eating being at the core of what we do, we will always ensure gluten-free diners are catered for and aim to maintain at least 90% of our menu as gluten-free or with gluten-free variants.
We developed our pizza dough over many years, based on a traditional family recipe, as always, but with a twist. To experience Purezza and our homemade pioneering, passionate menu, come along midday until late…

Welcome to Koocha, a friendly, cosy escape that brings a taste of Persia to Bristol. Experience plant powered food as you never have before. Vegan or not, you’ll love our fresh, colourful and creative dishes.
Persian cooking techniques are some of the oldest in history, and yet not widely known. Traditionally the food is spread out on the ‘Sofreh’ so that everyone can have a bit of what they fancy. It’s a family ritual that brings people together, making meal times more fun and meaningful.
Koocha showcases the best in Persian and Middle Eastern cooking with a love of plant-based ingredients for everyone – vegans and non-vegans – to enjoy. Everything on our menu has been designed to taste, try and share with family and friends.

The Kandyan was founded by the owners of Rangala Guest house in upcountry Sri Lanka. Head Chef Sam and joint owner of Rangala has an eclectic background yet remains in part grounded in tradition.
The Sri Lankan spices grown in his market garden surrounding Rangala House provide an important link between the two projects. Chef Sam is not only using home grown spices, but is also using home-roasted curry powder, his own grown tea, and traditional Sri Lankan techniques. Having lived in Bristol for 9 years, Sam truly is the Bristol Kandyan and in that vein is now growing local herbs in the restaurant’s back-garden and is innovating in his methods to fuse both his heritage and his experiences in England and beyond.
You’ll find service with a smile, an inclusive menu that is predominantly gluten free with plenty of vegan options. The cooking is versatile and you can ask for the curry to be as hot as you like it.
