Thanks so much for all the love so far everybody, thought I’d better hit you all up with a wee run down of the types of things I’ll be serving in and around Bristol in the near future. My initial menu is shaping up to look like:
– 24 hour jerk, 8 hour cold smoked tofu tacos, homemade smoked fruity bbq sauce, pickled ginger, red cabbage and fennel slaw and salad
– Braised, smoked beetroot and spicy black bean burger, caramelised pineapple, onion confit
– Smoked spiced Jack fruit gyros
I’m also tinkering away at some delicious smoked soup recipes which will switch up with the seasons.
The Smoked Vegan is available to hire or hopefully see you lovely lot out and about very soon.
