Roots Lounge is our Vegetarian and Vegan Lounge bar that we have been trying to open now for 18 months! Roots Lounge is an independent, grass roots grown, café-bar and community meeting place situated in the heart of Bristol.

We are a small family business and our intention is to serve good food (vegan kitchen) and drink, treat our staff well and donate some of our profits to Bristol community projects.

We are really excited, we have booked a date for our coffee machine installation 26th Feb. We are pencilling in 27th Feb as our opening date. Also chuffed to say we will be getting our coffee from Bristol Twenty Coffee Company in Brizzle and Dark Arts Coffee from up in the big smoke.

We have 3 new chefs to Bristol that are all experienced in Vegetarian and Vegan cooking and together we are all motivated to bring a friendly relaxed atmosphere with high quality food and drinks to the old city ❤️

The Green Rocket is Bath’s newest vegetarian cafe & restaurant. It is our aim to provide good unpretentious vegetarian food and great coffee in an informal setting. We are a proudly independent establishment run by enthusiasts who have a real passion for fresh and vibrant food.

We have an extensive menu offering lunch, evening supper, light bites, sweet treats and breakfast and a range of organic drinks, as well as a wide selection of vegan and gluten free options. We also offer a takeaway service, perfect for a picnic in Parade Gardens close by.

The café provides a relaxed and welcoming environment where families, friends and couples can meet up. Indoor and outdoor seating is available with great views of the city and a perfect place to watch people stroll by.

Fi Real brings you Vegan and Vegetarian foods with an authentic Caribbean flavour. Fi Real has a friendly, welcoming and colourful ambience which ties in with our food.

We opened in May 2014 after a life-long dream of sharing healthy food with people, one of our ethos is that being Vegetarian or Vegan doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice taste or variety.

We have a range of fresh home-made juices and drinks which are all natural without any preservatives or colouring. We also make Vegan Cakes which have proved very popular.

Our menu varies from day-to-day depending on the availability of fresh produce, if you require something specific please call ahead to check its availability.

Fresh, modern vegetarian & vegan food using the finest ingredients from the south west. Vegetables are the most important ingredients at Acorn Vegetarian Kitchen (formerly Demuths) and we rely on our suppliers Eades Greengrocers and Castle Farm Organics for the freshest vegetables.

Our beautiful bread is always vegan and comes from the Bertinet Bakery. Our innovative selection of teas is provided by Lahloo Tea. Our high-quality coffee is supplied by Extract Coffee.

Essential Trading supplies all our organic and ethically traded wholefoods. Great Western Wine provides our selection of wholly organic, vegetarian & vegan wine, some of which is also biodynamic. Cider comes from just over the hill in Midford thanks to Honey and Daughter.

Flow is a seasonal vegetarian restaurant, tucked away in the heart of Bristol City centre. Our menu takes inspiration from many food cultures, but focuses on the best local and seasonal ingredients.

Our evening menu focuses on the best local ingredients, changing frequently to reflect the best produce coming out of the soil. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, and the food is exciting and filling. You can enjoy a shared tapas style menu, or a tradition three course meal. Dinner from 6pm.

As much care and consideration is taken with our drinks menu as is taken with our food. Seasonally changing cocktails, vegan friendly organic wines and locally produced beer and cider compliment our food menu. We source soft drinks from local producers, and work with small suppliers to get the best drinks on offer.

Listen up to avoid disappointment! We will now be closed EVERY Tuesday. Because we are a cooperative, we all work together to run the cafe, and closing on Tuesday means we will have more time to do all the behind the scenes work that is required to keep Kino the way you like it! Open normal opening hours Wed until Mon (10am-10:30pm).

Cafe Kino is a not-for-profit co-operative owned and operated by its workers, and run in part by volunteers. We strive to create a viable business which is open, fair and mutually supportive of all those with whom we are associated.

All of our food is 100% free of animal ingredients, and we are proud to have always provided delicious food enjoyed by all! The only animal-derived produce you will find in our cafe is organic dairy milk, which is provided as an option to customers in hot drinks.

We hope to continue developing the cafe as an inspiring community space and focus for independent cultural and political activity. We host regular meetings and events and are always open to interesting ideas.

Cafe Kino is working to create an atmosphere of respect and understanding in which everyone is valued. We believe in working co-operatively together and learning from our shared experiences. Cafe Kino is a safe space for all, where everyone will be treated with respect and worth. we ask that all customers respect these goals and treat each other, and our staff, accordingly.
