Soo I’m starting my own business! It’s going to be called the Vegan Jerk.
The whole kitchen is based around being as sustainable as possible, it is going to be absolutely zero waste so everything on the menu is going to be made from scratch, and lots of other fun things like minimal water usage and sustainable wages!
I’ll post a little more as I look to open at the end of the month.

The ‘soft launch’ @ the beautiful Manor Hall, Coalpit Heath on 05/03/22 was fully booked in just 4 hours! Thank you to everyone who made a booking, I am blown away. Sorry to everyone who missed out on his time. But I do have good news for you… The great news is that the SECOND POP UP RESTAURANT is set for 01/04/22. When bookings ‘go live’ I will announce it on both Instagram and my Facebook page.
