Our lovely green horse box cafe is based on The Bristol Marina next to Banksy’s ‘Girl With the Pierced Eardrum‘. Expect daily fresh vegetarian or vegan eats made using organic, local ingredients where possible.
Headlining we have the Vegan Coronation Chickpea baguette with green salad and coriander, it’s a corker. Curried Tempeh baguette, mango chutney and pickled red cabbage… a match made in vegan heaven.
Did you know any of the options on our lunch menu can be made vegan? We even use vegan pesto in the Avant-Gardener. Cheese-wise we use a blend of hard cheese and mozzarella, just like the dairy option. Finally to top off the bill all but one option on our hot drinks menu can be made vegan with our oat milk of choice; organic Minor Figures. Any Qs about our plant-based offering feel free to ask us down at our pitch.
We have relocated our central kitchen, kitted out our beautiful state of the art food truck, and built an online ordering system with a new and exciting menu. We will be available from Bradley Stoke Willow Brook Centre mid July on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday to serve the masses their much loved South Indian delicacies. There will also be a weekly Bruton street food location, plus we can cater for your events from our food truck. We hope to see you all very soon!

Taste and flavour are at the heart of what we make putting our own contemporary twist on classic dishes. Gopal’s Curry Shack ‘pop up’ at food festivals, markets, events and takeover kitchens all over the South West and beyond. We can cater for a range of occasions including weddings, parties, corporate events, location catering and celebrations. It’s really important to us that we use local, independent suppliers and that all the packaging we use is compostable and biodegradable.
