The East Bristol Bakery is a small craft bakery in the heart of Easton, Bristol, UK. We make high quality traditional breads, seasonal specials, and tasty sweet treats that include Vegan, dairy free and wheat free offerings.
Alex makes a range of 10 different loaves, from traditional granary type ‘Malthouse loaves’ to long fermentation sourdough breads – all made with organic flour from Shipton Mill. The bread is made fresh every morning and any left over from the day before is distributed to local charities so there is very little waste.
Nikki produces seasonal cakes, as well as constant firm favourites like the Cherry and Marzipan or Butternut Squash Muffins. There are always vegan options, as well as dairy free and often wheat free choices. Of course the cakes use the best quality ingredients, which are organic where possible.
