Casa Verde is a plant based pop up specializing in `dirty’ street food and classic dishes taken to a whole new level. We believe there’s no need to compromise on flavour for plant based food and would happily stand all of our menu against their animal product counterparts. While at the same time being a little nicer to the planet we live on.
Casa Verde is brought to you by Dave Hazell, former head chef of Paco Tapas. Casa Verde brings exquisite, traditional Spanish small plates to life while showcasing nature’s earth grown bounty. Beautifully showcasing the potential of veg, he is going to convince even the most die hard meat eaters that tapas can be just as spectacular without any animal products.
