Welcome to Koocha, a friendly, cosy escape that brings a taste of Persia to Bristol. Experience plant powered food as you never have before. Vegan or not, you’ll love our fresh, colourful and creative dishes.
Persian cooking techniques are some of the oldest in history, and yet not widely known. Traditionally the food is spread out on the ‘Sofreh’ so that everyone can have a bit of what they fancy. It’s a family ritual that brings people together, making meal times more fun and meaningful.
Koocha showcases the best in Persian and Middle Eastern cooking with a love of plant-based ingredients for everyone – vegans and non-vegans – to enjoy. Everything on our menu has been designed to taste, try and share with family and friends.
Koocha means street or corner in Persian; come visit our little corner of Bristol!
During a visit to Bristol, my husband and I were fortunate enough to be able to get a reservation at Koocha. OMG! The food was absolutely amazing! We often find it really difficult to find healthy plant-based vegan food when away from home – due to the junk most vegans eat. But as we know the best way to keep our immune system healthy and thus protect from illness, we seek out places that understand what real, nourishing food actually is. Koocha excels in the quality of their food and we wish more vegan cafes and restaurants would serve food like theirs. Of course, if you have a vegan friend who insists on eating junk food with chips, Koocha also caters for them.
