We can make most of the food vegan on request.

When it comes to food, Kerala is indeed rich with its numerous authentic delicacies. At Devs, we strive to bring you the best Keralite food there is; delicious, home-cooked, made with the same love, care and thoughtfulness that a mother would devote. Keralites prepare a good variety of both vegetarian and non vegetarian food. Food is the most basic link between ourselves and our environment. Inspired by our own school of hospitality in Kerala which all our chefs attend, we feel we have made this possible.

We use only sunflower oil. We provide outdoor catering and hall for small parties. Opening hours 6 pm to 11 pm; Tuesdays Closed.

Dhamaka

www.dhamakadining.co.uk

15, Clare Street, Bristol BS1 1XH

Dhamaka in our context symbolises an explosion of flavours!

Dhamaka assimilates the culture of India – vibrant colours, lit up festivals, the street food and the amazing curries from all corners of India. From tangy snacks that flow across Indian streets to “indo Chinese” that is fusion of Indian & Chinese cuisine and quite popular in the Northern part of the country, like soya sauce with Indian spices just makes the perfect balance of Chinese and Indian ingredients.

Above all Indian food (Masala Dosa (VG,GF), Vegan Katacos, Pani Puri (VG), Pea and Corn Sheekh (GF, VG), Gobi Manchurian (VG), Vegetable Momos (VG), Vegetable Kofta Curry (VG)) is all about sharing and caring, so let’s share your food amongst your peers and eat the Indian way when you visit Dhamaka really near in future to experience the hustle of the busy Indian streets.

Dhamaka is not your “Lets try some curry over the weekend after few pints” sort of a place. It aims to stand proudly next to the other high street restaurants offering authentic Indian cuisine but with a casual dining feel to it.
