A TASTE OF OUR VEGANUARY MENU
Each Fuller’s pub and kitchen will have their own Veganuary specials, but here is a taste of what you could find at a Fuller’s pub near you this January.
Starters and snacks throughout January will include tasty creations such as seitan satay with peanut sauce, BBQ pull jackfruit tacos with mango salsa, and refried beans with avocado and tortilla chips.
Mains will include veggie specials such as puy lentil and wild mushroom no-meatballs, a roasted celeriac dish with barley, lentils, quinoa and hazelnuts, and aubergine and tomato ragout.
Sundays are for traditional Sunday roasts at Fuller’s pubs, and vegetarian and vegan options will be available, which will include Fuller’s signature Vegan Wellington dish.
Fuller’s Kitchens will also be serving our very own vegan Kentucky Fried Seitan Burger with vegan slaw.
