Vegan Sushi Workshop

Come learn how to roll delicious vegan maki sushi (Nov 20th at Hamilton House, Stokes Croft) with Good Green Sushi! No prior experience needed as we’ll be helping you every step of the way. Keep 3 rolls (~25 pieces) to eat/take home.

Ingredients:
Sweet potato, teriyaki mushrooms, spicy aubergine, fried tofu & seitan, cucumber, carrot, chilli, sweet peppers and more.

Who we are:
Good Green Sushi is a student-run vegan sushi start-up. We’re bored of tacky supermarket sushi and overpriced rolls at restaurants and want to offer delicious vegan sushi that everyone can enjoy. We love running workshops, food stalls and catering!
