I’m just a one man operation trying to make it in the street food world. Perpetuating stereotypes I hail from Dublin originally. Casually trading on St Nicks market on Tuesdays and sometimes Fridays, 11-2.30pm. I think there’s a gap in the market for someone doing a baked potato with a bit of love. Most places they’re either undercooked or cooked and then reheated in the microwave before service.
I lightly oil and salt my spuds and cook them in a Faux victorian potato oven to get them crispy. My smokey baked beans are vegan and have ingredients such as smoked paprika and liquid smoke to give them that distinct flavour. My vegan chilli has pretty much all the ingredients under the sun to give it that depth of flavour but the stand out ones are dark chocolate, lime juice, coffee granules, liquid smoke and treacle along with pinto, cannellini and kidneys beans with smoked paprika, cumin, coriander and chilli powder and a fair few more. You also have the option of adding my homemade guacamole to the chilli which has gone down well.
