Discover the world of fermented foods, learning practical skills which you can take away and continue to develop at home. Learn about the health benefits of fermented food, and how to include beneficial bacteria, antioxidants, vitamins, and enzymes into your diet. During this class we will concentrate on the art of making a meltable mozzarella style cheese, cheddar style, parmesan & cranberry & thyme cheese balls.
The class will be a combination of hands on and demonstration, learning how to make, marinate and cook these delicious fermented treats! Each of you will have some nut cheese to take home by the end of the evening too.
