Don’t forget we are closed for the next 2 weeks for our summer holidays! Back open Wednesday the 30th!

Flow is a seasonal vegetarian restaurant, tucked away in the heart of Bristol City centre. Our menu takes inspiration from many food cultures, but focuses on the best local and seasonal ingredients.

Our evening menu focuses on the best local ingredients, changing frequently to reflect the best produce coming out of the soil. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, and the food is exciting and filling. You can enjoy a shared tapas style menu, or a tradition three course meal. Dinner from 6pm.

As much care and consideration is taken with our drinks menu as is taken with our food. Seasonally changing cocktails, vegan friendly organic wines and locally produced beer and cider compliment our food menu. We source soft drinks from local producers, and work with small suppliers to get the best drinks on offer.

  1. We went to Flow the other night for our anniversary and I’ve been raving about it ever since! I’ve been vegan for a while now, and love trying new restaurants. Flow is hands down some of the best vegan food I’ve ever had. Dare I say it, I preferred it over Acorn kitchen in Bath, and it’s equally as good as The Green Rocket in Bath. Everything is incredibly affordable at around £4-7 per dish. It was hard to not order one of everything!

    Go there. Go go go!

  2. we just returned from the Flow. Lovely food, we had the Texas Caviar for starters with crunchy corn chips. We had a buckwheat and hazelnut dish with spinach which was delicious, and the broccoli fritters with vegan ranch dressing . We had 2 ice cream sundaes for afters, wow what a treat !! Lots of vegan and gluten free options. The restaraunt has a candle lit upcycled feel to it with soft music. Very friendly staff, we definitely will return asap !

  4. I went to Flow for my birthday meal, and it was absolutely INCREDIBLE! They did a 3 course meal for £25 a head. The whole thing was vegan and they did a gluten free for my friend…. in actuality it was like a 27 course meal! They kept bringing out more and more amazing things! The staff were lovely, the setting was relaxed and the food was perfect. Everyone go there!!!!

  5. Things that make you go hmm. Really liking what flow are doing, the people, the food, the whole feel of the place. We recently visited again, trying 6 or so different dishes, all great for sharing and they deffo do things that make you go hmm, hmm, hmm. Well worth supporting, with some of the best vegan food (suitable for all) in Bristol.

It’s the things that make you go, oh, oh, oh

  6. Second time visiting Flow since it has opened, was not disappointed (nor was I the first time I visited!!). Amazing food, every mouthful was a wow, really loved the tortilla chips with the black bean dip, especially. Enjoyed my whiskey mac cocktail very very much, and that chocolate cake was probably the best chocolate cake I’ve ever had! Lovely friendly staff, always a nice welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. A wonderful place to eat out.

  7. Had Sunday brunch here – which they’ve just started. Truly delicious! Great tofu scramble on toast with wilted greens (3 slices – so pretty large!) as well as a range of vegan sides you can use to create your own breakfast really – we tried beans, mushrooms and home fries (mixed roots) – all lovely. Also had the vegan breakfast burrito which was stuffed full of tofu scramble, greens, onions and black beans and covered with salsa – mildly spiced with Mexican flavours – it was delicious and super filling! The venue itself is a little tricky to find – just head for the bearpit and the bus station exit and its on the rhs. Décor is simple and contemporary rustic which I like and the service was lovely. Few details not quite right yet – as their coffee machine wasn’t working and they also didn’t have a decaf – which was a shame as I’d have loved one with the burrito. However, well worth going back for lunch / supper as that menu looks fantastic too – lots of smaller plates which means you can get to try different things. We’ll be back!
