At COOK we make remarkable food for your freezer, prepared by hand at our Kitchen in Kent, using the same ingredients and techniques you would use at home.

On every COOK dish you’ll find the name of the chef who prepared your food. Our food looks and tastes homemade (maybe even a bit better!) Our founding principle in 1997 was to COOK like you do at home – that’s how we shop for ingredients too.

What if you’re vegan?

We’ve got a few meals made only with ingredients most vegans would approve of (hurrah!). But because we don’t have separate areas or processes to make these dishes, we can’t claim any official vegan certification. We know plenty of vegans who happily eat them, but really it’s up to you whether or not you’re comfortable. (Sorry there isn’t more choice, any good recipe ideas, let us know at

  1. I have just discovered these in Surrey, which is a hard place to get much vegan foods.
    We have tried their Mushrooms in Sweet Soy – which was gorgeous.
    Their website states that they cannot currently get vegan certification as they use the same production lines etc, but with a lot of label reading you can find plenty of choice with vegan ingredients – 13 are listed on that page.
    Good freezer stand-bys.
