The purpose of the cookery school is to promote appreciation of good far eastern food. “The more we know the more we want to know”.You will learn from five different cuisines: Chinese, Japanese, Malaysian, Thai and Indonesian.
Here at Teoh’s Cookery School, we offer many types of classes throughout the year. We try to keep our classes small – usually no more than 12-15 people so that everyone has the opportunity to learn Oriental cooking “hands on”!
As much as possible, the ingredients used can be found in your local grocery store, or for the more specialised items at our Teohs’ shop.
All preferences – whether vegetarian and vegan are catered for, so please specify when booking.
